Can I stop foreclosure proceedings even if I have a sale date?
Absolutely! We have stopped the sale date for people whose initial contact
with us was only four days prior to the auction date set by the court. We know
what we are doing, and if we can help you, we will.

How much do you charge?
After the first free consultation, our fees are determined by the cost of implementation.
Every situation is unique and we let you know the cost before we proceed.

Do I need my own lawyer?
We strongly encourage it. However, it is not necessary in all circumstances.


How can I get my credit cleared up?
We believe that a smart solution needs to be one that truly fixes the problem,
and that includes cleaning up your damaged credit. We employ various
strategies and the help of other professionals to try to clear up any credit damage.

My house needs some repairs. Can I still get your help?
Yes. The strategy we develop will include cleaning up any outstanding liens,
as well as doing what needs to be done to put the property back in good shape.

I have been out of work for some time. Can I still save my house?
Yes. Obviously there will need to be cash flow to fix the problem but there are
many ways to address the problem, even while you are unemployed.

I don’t qualify for a re-finance. Can you still help me?
We can. We use our own capital so we are able, most of the time,
to come up with a workable strategy to save your home.

How can I get out of Chapter 7, 11 or 13, and still keep my house?
Bankruptcy court is a court of equity, and so long as secured creditors are satisfied,
we find that the courts are generally predisposed to allow us to develop a solution
that pays the creditors, while enabling you to continue to live in your home and start new.
